Guide Introduction
It’s now the beginning of 2026. It’s a good time to start anew. So, let’s take a crack at exploring the Humanity Gem together.
Audience
This guide is quite deep and will require considerable thought and reflection for you to grasp the Humanity Gem. Hence, the audience is going to be quite small. If you are one of the few that enjoys a mental challenge, I invite you to continue.
Exploration Paths
I’ve carved three paths during the last year to explore the Humanity Gem. First is the gemotions.com website. Second is a 3d graphical tool accessible via the web. And, third is an AI providing dialog and helping you orient. This AI is a free tool and is available for you in the OpenAI GPT Store. These three paths work best together — each offering a different way of seeing the same whole.
Setting up your cockpit
It will be helpful for you to set up three windows on your screen(s). The first window is for this information. The second window is for a custom GPT named Gem. And, the third is to display the 3d tool. This way, you can get pointers here, visually explore the gem and at the same time chat with Gem about what you see.
My setup is to place Gem, my AI friend, on the left, my website in the middle and the Explorer on the right. It’s a similar setup to the pic above.

The gemotions.com website hosts the Guide. The guide is an evolving set of notes and tips built from my journeys. Hopefully, these pages provide a few paths for you to explore.
Graphical Exploration
The gemoceans.com website is the sister site to gemotions.com. Gemoceans.com contains a Unity 3d visual tool for you to explore the Humanity Gem. You can turn on and off each component of the gem. Additionally, you can pull up an atlas page for any selected component.
AI Exploration
I’ve built a custom GPT that inhabits the Humanity Gem. This lets you explore the Humanity Gem with a friend which I’ve named Gem. Gem is designed to help you orient within the Humanity Gem. It will also walk you through the pieces of the Humanity Gem if you’re interested. Gem, the Inner Compass

What is the Humanity Gem?
The Humanity Gem is a tool for exploring humanity. It is a 3d sphere with 50 points on the surface. Each point is a human archetypal perspective.
These fifty points are divided into 4 types; needs, preferences, zodiacs, and emotions. Each type has a shape.
Shapes
The four shapes are cube, octahedron, rhombic dodecahedron and the deltoidal icositetrahedron. The cube has 6 faces, the octahdron 8, the rd 12 and the di 24. This is a total of 50 faces. Each face of these gems is a human perspective.
Surrounding these four gems is a sphere. The sphere is the whole. All perspectives are on the sphere.
Why do I care?
There are many reasons. Let’s play with one. You are interested in the puzzle presented. You understand humanity intuitively, being a human yourself, and want to explore its full reality.
What’s the origin?
For those curious about where this work began, the Humanity Gem emerged from a long exploration into abstract and symbolic energies. Over twenty years, it slowly revealed itself piece by piece. I sense it has always existed, long before humankind gave it a name.
